The song is in 7/8 time (that is, 7 beats per measure, 1/8th note gets a beat... or 7 eighth notes per measure).
If the above rhythm ("/ (/) / / ") represents a single measure, each chord lasts for one measure exactly, except for the last chord on some lines. On the 1st, 2nd, and 4th lines, the last chord is repeated twice, lasting a total of 3 measures, each having that same rhythm.
